VISION

S.A.F.D.A.R. is playing a role of a catalyst for the Indigenous peoples of our society who are losing their identities both politically and culturally. We endeavor to boost their moral and cultural values by providing them the access of basic amenities of life on base of justice.

MISSION

I. To develop the society with art and culture
II. Education for all
III. Human rights for all
IV. Indigenous democracy
V. Need based prioritization

OBJECTIVE (GOAL)

The major objective of S.A.F.D.A.R. is the moral as well as social development of the indigenous people (tribals), backward minorities including women, youth and children by improving the cultural resources through social coordination. In line with our mission, we intend to protect and expand the traditional art, literature and culture of the indigenous people. We aim in providing legal support to the migrated women and build social equality for a healthy atmosphere.

With the aim of strengthening the society we, at SAFDAR, are working towards the uplift of marginalized communities of our society by shoving them towards the development and advertisement of their culture and knowledge for democratic development. We also intend to take up several programs to provide them opportunities that can change their lives for the better.

The purpose behind laying the foundation of the Trust is to eradicate superstitious beliefs from the society, to work for communal harmony and universal brotherhood and also highlight the traditional human values, norms, attitude and behaviors, which we have in our progressive society.

Our basic Principles:-

a. Priority to women, children and Indigenous people in the society.
b. Priority to weaker sections of the society.
c. Rights to a the people to enhance basis livelihood opportunity (food, shelter, cloth, Health, education, art and culture).
d. Livelihood access to the Natural resources management.
e. All the decisions to be taken by mutual understanding of the peoples participating.

Geographical Coverage

We aim in working for the rural and urban group of people all across the country. As the initial step towards the fulfillment of our objective we are presently working in the tribal hinterlands of Jharkhand i.e. Chatra, Palamu, Ranchi, Khunti, Garhwa and Koderma.

S.A.F.D.A.R. in a span of around six years has made its place among the PTGs, indigenous people and the minority section of the society. With an excellent team work, our team members are constantly working towards the achievement of its valuable objective in areas which are still unexplored by the government as well as other self-help groups. We have explored the deep forests trying to discover the earthed art and culture of the people residing in those areas. The organizations quality work has helped it shine in the world of social activism.
